Honey, I need you!
"She said her tummy hurts but I think its just because she's hungry".
Have you ever been told that before? I was told that just a few days ago. My neighbor dropped her two daughters off in the morning. And really the younger one (Hadlee) who's tummy hurt, seemed fine. She was running around, happy, laughing.... So off we went, to school. 7 kids piled in my car and almost to school. Then I hear, ROLL DOWN THE WINDOWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hah :/ The smell of vomit was tremendous. Gabe was pleading with me to turn off the heater. "Its cooking the smell!".
And poor Narissa, sitting next to Hadlee. She began to vomit too. I couldn't help thinking, "MY CAR!"
I pulled up to the school, the older kids ran out so fast they forgot to do their normal wave goodbye. I turned my head back to see something I wish I didn't have to deal with. PUKE!
I handed the 2 pukers some wipes so they could at least wipe their face and hands. And I pulled away from the school. I looked down and glanced at my phone.
Quickly I called Scott.
"Uh Scott, we have a situations!"
I am truly lucky!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Scott instantly came home, cleaned my car, and stayed home the rest of the day.
I wasn't off the hook completely though.. I had to get the girls changed, bathed and Hadlee ready to go home as soon as her mom came back. But like I said, I am lucky! Scott is just an amazing husband... and I cant express that enough!
The other day I opened my laptop and laying on the keyboard was a folded piece of paper. I opened it and read;
To the love of my life!
I am so blessed to have your love
When I wake up next to you
I thank the Lord in heaven above
for the love of a wife so true
Sometimes I really do wonder
what you see in a doofus like me
but till the day that I'm 6 feet under
my heart is yours- you hold the key
You're a blessing to our Family
All 5 of our girls and boys
You give us so much love
and fill our hearts with joy
I pray I can make you smile,
every day of our life on earth.
Through happiness and trial,
I hope you can see your true worth.
You're beautiful inside and out
and I know you're rolling your eyes
But I love you without any doubt
and I promise I'm telling no lies!
So this is the end of my love note
Im sorry it's cheesy and lame
But I mean everthing that I just wrote
and I hope that you feel the same!

I know Scott isn't one who really likes to write poems... Even though he's written me a few before. When I read it, I had to hold back tears.. I'm not one for crying lol. But this really made my heart go 'awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwe'.
He is a really great guy! Come to think of it, all of the Baggiore men seem to have this great quality built inside them. At least that's what it seems to me. They all know how to respect their wife's.
How did I get so lucky? I ask myself everyday!
Well... its early, its a school day and I'm forcing myself off now.

Beauty
I have a hard time understanding things sometimes. Why people have to keep bitter feelings towards one another. Why people make the same mistakes over and over. Why we cant just all get along. And most importantly, why peanut butter and chocolate tastes SOOOOO good together!!!
I don't have a hard time understanding the meaning of the Lords will. Thats not saying it's hard to fulfill though.
Last night I couldn't sleep. I tossed and turned and my mind went 100 mph. I kept thinking where my family and I were in life, and all the steps that got us here. I kept thinking of how everything lined up piece by piece, and how now everything makes more sense to me then it ever has in my life. I haven't put as much trust in the Lord as I should have, but he still loves me enough to show me I can trust him. And I do.
Scott isn't worried about these beautiful girls we have. It is his strong feeling that it'll in up great for us. And I know I should trust him.. it is hard to not worry he's wrong, but with my deep breath and my 100 mph brain power, I'm putting my trust in him too.
I may not know everything, or maybe not nearly as much as I think I do.. But I am eternally grateful for the Lord and his plan for us.
For that, I am happy.
